Go to Layer > Layer Style then add an Outer Glow and Stroke blending options to your gray rounded rectangle.


Step 14:
Now go to your Layers Palette and set the blending mode to Hard Light for your gray rounded rectangle layer.

Step 15:
In a new layer draw a white rounded rectangle size 45×44 px stacked on top of your gray rounded rectangle. Remember to use the Fixed Size option so you get the exact result.
Step 16:
Go to Layer > Layer Style then add an Inner Shadow, Inner Glow, Color Overlay, Gradient Overlay and Stroke blending options to your white rounded rectangle.





Step 17:
With all that blending options added to your white rounded rectangle layer, you should end up with a metallic interface.

Step 18:
Create a new layer, draw a dark red, color code #7B2315 circle centered on your metallic rounded rectangle.
