Design a Simple Rounded Content Box in Photoshop

Step 7:
Select your Horizontal Type Tool, above your screen under the options palette set the font family to Arial, regular, 12pt, none and #00BCF1 color shade. In a new text layer type a paragraphy or two on the content box.

Step 8:
Add a title on the tab button using the same font family but bold, 12 pt and white color shade.

Results:
That’s it your done!.
