Duplicate your content layer set.

Below your advertisement space, add a content box for a description of your site.

Now add a fresh content section below your website description content box.

Finish the side will a fresh comments content box.

Create a new layer set titled Footer in your layers window. At the bottom of your canvas add your footer. Draw a 1 pixel black line then add all the text below it.
